Has anyone seen this before and know the solution?

Turns out something was corrupt in my .csv file that is uploaded to the api. I started fresh with a new file and no issues.

It would be an interesting study to look at the returns of MR or MOC systems when the weekly and monthly systems are in cash.

Yes, the “goof day” on 2/24 reminded me I never know what can happen and I just need to place the trades. Yesterday, we had a power outage for an hour or so that paid for my VPS subscription. Stuff happens.

Thanks Kate, it has been a fun run. I had similar thoughts you shared on the day of the Ukraine invasion. Fortunately I was too busy with work to do anything other than push the buttons to set the trades and not look until after the close. Live, learn and trust the edge over time will play out in our favor.

This version of TWS has been working fine for a few sessions now without issue.

Does anyone have a checklist of the recommended settings for TWS when using the SmartAPI?

Here is the feedback I received from Sam at Speedy Trader Servers.

“I’m still using an old release, this one https://ninjatrader.com/fr/ninjatrader/TWS/Trader-Workstation-981-3i.exe .
I think IB rushed to setup a new version because of the log4j vulnerability (which we don’t care, if TWS is ran on our VPS there’s no security risks), and add bugs all around…”

I will give this version a go next week.

I installed and the workstation screen is blank after logging in, so something still not happy after installing on the VPS. For today, I will go to plan B and run today’s trades from my desktop, fingers crossed no power blips today.
