My STT tracks the exact account balance, so I wonder if I deduct the interest from the cash tab, because it will show up on the EOY report for the accountant….

Started my day trade strategy 16th of November with 50% capital allocation. 100% capital allocation 10 days in. So far really enjoying the process and looking forward to designing the next system.

That is what I have been doing. Usually the cancellations show up straight away in TWS. Yesterday, the cancellations took about an hour to show up. Maybe because of the shorter trading session on Friday?

The profit ended up quadrupling. Won’t brag about it too much though … don’t want to ruin my “luck”.

Len, I had a similar issue where I was holding a bunch of long positions … but it was my fault because I didn’t change the MOC time for thanksgiving. Markets closed at 1pm that day.

Ended up profiting from those positions over the weekend though.

Thanks Glen, just checked it now and looks like its flushed those cancellations, just needed a few hours to think about it!

Not really fussed on what the P & L result is, more focused on “following the process” ….. been listening to Nick too much perhaps ?

When I hover the mouse on the orange it says the cancel request has been submitted. Guess thats why I cannot submit the sell orders I want?

So my plan is to just stay up till market open and then submit 23 MKT sell orders manually.
