Thanks so much for the code Trent, I don’t have an afl version of the Weis wave so will be adopting this. Glad you have found the video helpful.

My discretionary performance has been patchy to be honest, issues relating more to money management rules than stock selection which is one of the reasons why I have been spending more time on a systematic process. I’m hopeful that I can someday combine discretionary stock selection with systematic money management….

Thanks Trent. The site is run by a former mentor and now friend of mine, Professor Roman Bogomazov.

I have worked on a number of projects with Roman including hosting the Annual Best of Wyckoff conference in 2019, helped set up the website and I created and publish the Heatmap tool that you see on the site.

I am trading longer term discretionary positions and use the heatmap tool to detect established and emerging relative strength. I too have been thinking about a rotation system based upon selection of strongest stocks from strongest industry groups.

Hi Trent, I have studied Wyckoff quite extensively for several years and apply it in my discretionary trading however I do not trade it systematically.

Would suggest that also it’s because the pain trade is to the long side – news flow and negative sentiment have led to heavy short positioning, particularly in retail….

So a pretty bad month for me and looks like I have fared worse than many of you.

The index filter triggered mid-March for my R2K DTT daily system and end of month for the Nasdaq Momentum rotation system. I thought about a discretionary over-ride however decided to stick with the systems as designed. As it happened the rally into the end of the month helped me out for my monthly rotation.

I am out of all systems now, and with time in my hands dedicating myself to research.

The R2K system is a channel breakout trend following system, similar in many ways to the WTT system however entry and exit signals are taken on a daily rather than weekly timeframe

Nasdaq Momentum: +3.2%

As others have experienced, gave a lot back in the last 2 days of the month.

I have just completed and gone live with system 2 – an R2K daily trend following system, similar in concept to WTT. Will start posting results in Feb.
