Is anyone else having issues with trades not being copied from the downloaded CSV into trade log v2.5 properly.

It seems to be a issue with The actual CSV file, for some reason all the columns aren’t lining up correctly which causes issues with Said’s spreadsheet.

Any ideas how to fix it?

i havn’t noticed it yet trent. i export to csv from the trade log using either “displayed report” or “previous day report”.

I use Displayed Report and have not had any issues.

Yes I have exactly the same. I emailed Said the file so let’s see what he thinks

i tested both ‘Displayed reports’ and ‘today’s reports’. Both the same for me…

I picked up an error but it was an export error from TWS which didn’t split EVN properly. I also used export displayed reports.

The problem is when the number of shares is more than 999 it is adding (,) to separate the thousands from the hundreds and this is why the columns are not aligned correctly

somehow when i export to csv this comma is not existing for me but i will find a workaround for it tonight

Here is the new version 2.52

change log:
in case the quantity is split into 2 cells due to the comma it will be solved.
Also i added one sheet where you can list the names of the systems so they will appear in drop down list in the controls sheet

Still not working for me Said. I think that they might have done so reprogramming on TWS and the reports are not being written correctly. Is that a possibility? Everything was fine until late last week

Is it possible the changes to run multiple versions of Batchtrader is impacting this too ?

I have written to IB and sent them a csv file to see what they say. This only started to happen mid-last week so I reckon it’s an upgrade gone wrong at their end.

I’ll let you know what they say.

OK let’s see what they will reply, in case there is no reply i can change it from (,) separated to ( ; ) separated
