This is a 15 minute test which will help you better understand what drives you and can also alert you to some underlying issues.
Well worth doing.

And for the sake of transparency, I will link to mine below.
What you may not know about me:
(1) I have a top rated personality profile for trading. How or why I have no idea.
(2) I was the subject for a thesis by a PhD major many years ago (will try and dig his research out)
(3) I was included in an experiment by Fairfax Media to measure stress in the workplace. When I was a pit trader I was placed on a Holter Monitor for 2 days and my results were compared to those of an air traffic controller, a doctor in an emergency department, and ambulance driver and a few others. At one stage my heart rate hit 220 even though I was standing still in the pit.
Here’s are my profiles. You’ll see certain personality traits are off the charts

One of the standout traits is my extremely high Decisive (D) score, specifically:
Quote:
Tend to solve new problems very quickly and assertively. They take an active and direct approach to obtaining results. The key here is new problems such as those that are unprecedented or haven’t happened before. There may also be an element of risk in taking the wrong approach or developing an incorrect solution, but those with a High D score are willing to take those risks, even if they may be incorrect.
This is especially important for trading because (1) the market is always changing and evolving, and (2) I’m willing to take on risk without knowing the outcome.
