I can modify my file to become more general so you can use it but the issue with it is that you need to enter the data daily otherwise you can nor have the feeling of the intramonth performance

The snap shots I share are based on the trading accounts and the metrics as well and I have the same for each strategy I started this when I was trading Australia and USA with the same capital to know where the money are disappearing but now I am back to simple stuff one account one strategy

Thanks Said….I will just do end of month calculations so that over the coming years I have a very basic chart that quickly shows me the different systems and the overall portfolio performance…it needs to be simple enough for me to use so I will keep mucking around with Excel

Yep…just excel…I’m hoping it will give me a better overview than the numbers alone do over the years

rotn system on ASX would have done 9% for the month …gotta laugh……..amazing how it (trading) can mess with my head in ways I never imagined…I find myself repeating the mantra about the next 1000 trades at least every week…all goes back into perspective

Those are some solid returns Scott! That’s a good idea actually, can see the performance of the systems a bit better from a micro perspective.

I agree about trading emotions. I was doing really well until Feb 28th. I did not realize getting back in the market would be such a challenge emotionally. Luckily I have disconnected myself from the money enough to where he gave me pause but I did it anyway.
