No more signals after Norgate subscription update

Hello,

my Norgate subscription expired. After renewing it with the same package (US Gold), I ran the databased update as usual.
However, I don’t get anymore signals. No clue what’s happening.

Did you try writing to Norgate? They respond really fast and are very helpful

You previously had ASX+US Platinum. You only have US Gold now.

Thanks for posting this guys. I will be in the same situation after this week – I need to renew my Norgate subscription but will downgrade from Platinum to Gold. I was told by Norgate that there wouldn’t be an issue but from these comments, it seems that there will be an issue?

Daniel, do you mind to update us as to how you resolved the downgrade and what was the issue? Thanks!

Thanks for your prompt reply. I checked with Norgate support (who responded immediately, as Julian was expecting).

The issue was that I accidentally ordered US Gold (previously, I was on Platinum). In my code, I refer to the US universe with “NorgateIndexConstituentTimeSeries” which is associated to the US Platinum data (including also delisted stocks which are not part of Gold package).

After upgrading to US Platinum, everything worked again.
