Rough update for Dec – I stopped trading my s/t systems on the 18th and haven’t traded them since as I’m in Europe. The plan was to, but too difficult so I thought I’d take a month off. I’ll get back to it in late Jan when I return.

Hi Nick…..at the risk of sounding like I’m telling you how to suck eggs, are you running a short term (e.g. 30 days) index filter with this system ? looks like a bull market only system and one that’s left alone in short term bear or sideways markets??

In the last 12-months I have turned over close to $40m of stocks.

My ASX MR system represents 20% of trading, yet 55% of commissions.

My ASX long term system is 7x the size yet accounts for 15% of commissions.

But if it makes money then what can you do? No point cutting it cos the bro is too high.

What exactly? If I need to ask then I didn’t get it??

Oh I see… I got a 1.7% boost in the US markets yesterday. Kind of got overshadowed by my 7% rise in the Aussie this morning but that is due to HGG changing it’s name to JHG and TWS can’t handle it so it’s showing me as having a MASSIVE rise in market value…+43% for that stock…ha ha

I’m sure they’ll work it out eventually
