Monthly Rotational System – Exit if Index Filt Down

Can someone help me out with a question regarding rotational systems.

What is the mechanism to exit all positions if the index filter is down at the time of rotation?

Will AmiBroker initiate this action as no positionings (including those that are open) qualify as a positive rank?

If the index filter is a part of the entry criteria, then no signals will be generated if its not met.

So each month we’re essentially asking the question “are there any buy signals?” If there are no buy signals (for whatever reason, including the instance that the index filter is down) the positions are exited by virtue of not being bought in the monthly rotation?

The system will either be 100% invested or 100% cash. If the buy setup criteria is not met in some way, then all positions will be exited. If the next month, the buy conditions are met, you will buy the positions to be 100% invested.
