I have put in a claim against losses incurred due to IB failing to execute various MKT orders of mine on Feb 1st. If others have been effected, here is the process:
Please follow these instructions.
File a Compensation Request
Log into Account Management
Select Classic AM
Select Support
Select Message Center
Click the Create button
Select topics in the two drop down menus
Select Trade Issues and
Select Liquidation
In the Brief Description “Claim for Compensation”
In the Additional Comments area
Type “Please refer to Ticket
Briefly state the issue
State a monetary value that you are claiming
Send the ticket to us
Our compensation group will review this and reply to you usually within 10 business days
