Hi all and good to meet you.

First up – big thanks to Miguel and Michael for taking the time to chat with me on Skype before I signed up, and thanks to the other members who also offered to speak to me.

I have been trading for several years using a methodology based upon the work of Richard Wyckoff which I studied extensively for a number of years. The methodology is based upon the study of price and volume to follow in the footsteps of large institutions as they start to mark up price following periods of consolidation.

I have done some coding in TradeStation and an intermediate knowledge of EasyLanguage – focussed on developing tools that help to automate my discretionary trading. I have also developed a couple of simple strategies in EasyLanguage and have a small amount of experience backtesting and optimising them.
