Connectivity Problems with IB

My IB trading platform regularly loses its connection and attempts to reconnect. Happens at least a few times a day. I have a reasonably fast internet connection. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so fixed it?

I have the same problem i do not know exactly why it happens i believe the internet speed has nothing to do with it since i am using the VPS and before that i was running it on my laptop with 1Gbps connection.
I noticed that it normally happens a bit before the end of the Australian market close and couple of times during before the US session starts
