Alerts for shares - takeovers, suspension etc

I currently hold DNK shares, which have been suspended due to the sale of a major project. Looks like funds will be dispersed in Quarter 3 and/or they are looking at ways to meet the ASX listing rules to be relisted on the share market.

Are there any websites or ways of being alerted to these sorts of events?

Had I known before close of business I could have liquidated the position.

Also, there is a shareholder letter than mentions contacting computer share to arrange an off market transfer. I’ve contacted IB and Computer share, both been as useful as tits on a bull.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Would I need to arrange a buyer for an off market transfer or does computer share arrange this? Or do I just hang tight and get the funds back later?

I am also holding the DNK.

I got caught in a takeover of another company and my funds were sitting idle for a few months until settlement I think. Which was all off market and then I was reinstated into my IB account.

I’m not sure what will happen in this situation, hopefully they come out of a trading halt and can do it nice and easy

I did read that 90% of cash will be dispersed to shareholders if they can’t find another project and relist.

Have emailed the company for more details since IB and Computer share were of no help.

I think IB has a notification center that send out certain announcements, but not sure if this would’ve fallen into that category
