API For Shorts

Hi all.

I attempted to use a copy of my API to upload short trades last night. However, when I hit ‘Send’ all of the trades highlighted pink/red and didn’t send…

I’m not sure whether this is because I have something set up incorrectly in the trade file (i.e. specifically trying to send shorts) or whether it is some other problem (e.g. to do with copying the API). I only have 6 copies of the API running right now, so I expected that I’d be able to use a 7th/8th.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What was the error message?

It might be a error in your csv file. Make sure there are no hidden spaces or anything. I made that mistake.

No error message…just all rows highlighted pink/red and won’t actually send when I click send.

Are you using “SELL” or “SHORT” in the API?

I was going to mention that to you. I did exactly the same thing when I first set a Short trade.
