Hi Everyone, Just completed the course. This was an intense 6 months. It was intimidating at first as I knew nothing about coding but all seems to make sense now thanks to Nick and Craig help. It is really exciting and I am hoping that the course will put me years ahead from what I could have learned and achieved on my own.

I have developed a MOC system but currently testing a Dual MOC to avoid the low level of signals we have seen lately. Initial results looks very promising on the Dual system and completely insane with added leverage.

Also developed a Monthly Momentum system. All simple and logical.

My initial task is to revisit Index Filter and Ranking for the current system as there seems to be an area of opportunity to improve on the current numbers.

Momentum: 5.8%

Hey Thibaut,

Do a search for ‘Index Filter’ on here and should find some suggestions. There’s also a good article from Helix Trader (search for regime filter on google).

Probably not that popular but I’ve found success w a combination of EMA and MA.

May Performance:
MOC: -3.1%. I was actually expecting much worst as it felt seeing red day after day.
Momentum: – 5.8%. This is my monthly rotation system. I hate giving back profit to Mr. Market and hoping to test soon similar approach but with some kind of trailing stop or other type of exit rather than waiting for the month to end.
Discretionary: +10.2%. I am loaded with COTY and MELI, probably above my risk tolerance with COTY but so far risk is paying off.
It has only been 3 months since i completed the course. The road to systemic is a work in progress. I am testing various ideas but hope to deploy this month a long term SP500 system.

Great work with the discretionary trading.

I have been watching some great opportunities in both the US and ASX. Kinda pulling me toward some more of that style…

MOC x4: -1.0%. market has been strong so far this year so might not be the best condition for the system. Taking signal everyday but curious to see how system is going to perform once market soften.
NSD Momentum: 4.6%
SPX Momentum: 1.4%
Discretionary: 2.1% – I am going to take the next 2 months to organize my discretionary trading plan as i am running 4 different portfolios with total of more than 60 positions which makes the analysis and time for monitoring really tight on a daily basis. will refine my plan to then start dedicating more trading to systematic development.
Total Monthly: +2%
